Complete every field in our enquiry form, including your name, phone number, email, driver age, licence type, start date, rental length, vehicle preference, suburb and pickup or delivery choice. Add a delivery suburb if needed, and write None if you have nothing else to add. We will confirm availability, the complete price and rental requirements before you book.

Drivers must be 21–75 years old and hold a valid Australian or International Driver Licence. Only approved drivers listed on the rental agreement may drive the vehicle.

• A valid credit or debit card in the hirer’s name is required. Expired or soon-to-expire cards are not accepted.
• Drivers without an Australian licence must also provide a valid passport.
• Original documents must be provided when collecting the vehicle. Photocopies and digital copies are not accepted.

Your rental quote and signed agreement confirm the customer Damage and Loss Fee, any optional reduction and the exclusions that apply. This customer fee is separate from the business’s insurance-policy excess. Read the rental terms and ask us to explain the amounts before booking.

The bond is $500 with a valid Australian Driver Licence and $1,000 without an Australian Driver Licence. The bond and first rental payment must be paid before the vehicle is released.

• Weekly rent is automatically deducted from the nominated credit or debit card.
• Late or declined payments may incur additional fees and may result in the rental agreement being terminated.

Yes. Drivers aged 21–24 pay a Young Driver Fee of $20 per week. Drivers under 21 are not permitted and are not covered by insurance.

Rideshare use is prohibited. Racing, reckless driving, illegal activities, off-road driving and beach driving are also prohibited. Breaching these rules may void the insurance cover.

Notify Berber Select within 24 hours, photograph the scene and every vehicle involved, collect all driver and witness details, and contact police when required by law.

• Collect the third party’s full name, residential address, phone number, email, insurer and claim number, if available.
• If the third-party driver does not own their vehicle, collect the same details for the registered owner.
• Failure to follow these requirements may void the insurance cover.

The hirer is responsible for all tolls, parking fines and speeding fines. A $55 administration fee may be charged to process an infringement.

The vehicle must be returned clean and smoking is strictly prohibited. A minimum $100 cleaning fee applies when a vehicle is returned excessively dirty, and further cleaning or smoking-related charges may apply depending on its condition.

Use the correct fuel type and return the vehicle with a full tank. If incorrect fuel is used, the hirer is responsible for all related costs, including fuel draining, repairs, towing and replacement parts.

The rental includes 1,200 kilometres per week. Additional kilometres are charged at $0.10 per kilometre, as stated in the rental agreement.

Two weeks’ notice is required to end the rental agreement. Return the vehicle in good condition, with all keys and documents, and with a full tank of fuel.
